Job Description
Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety standards on-site. Monitor project progress, resolve any issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate materials, equipment, and workforce to meet project deadlines. Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities. Ensure quality standards are met and conduct inspections as required. Travel nationwide to oversee multiple projects as needed.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Data Center Superintendent should have: Experience managing construction projects, particularly in data center environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and coordinate teams effectively. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction documents. Knowledge of safety regulations and a commitment to maintaining workplace safety. Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide for project oversight. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
