With a strong pipeline of work and a commitment to employee development, this company provides the tools and flexibility needed to succeed.Job DescriptionData Center Superintendent ResponsibilitiesOversee all phases of data center construction from ground-up through commissioning.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely and quality execution.Manage daily site operations, enforce safety protocols, and maintain a clean and organized job site.Interpret and apply architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings and specifications.Conduct inspections, track RFIs, and review shop drawings and testing reports.Maintain detailed daily reports including progress photos, weather conditions, and manpower logs.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and local officials to resolve issues and drive solutions.Ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets while maintaining high standards of quality.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
