# Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain data center equipment, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on servers, networking equipment, and other critical infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, escalating complex problems as necessary.
Assist with the installation and configuration of new hardware and software systems.
Document all maintenance and repair activities in accordance with company policies.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance data center efficiency.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to emergency situations as required.
QualificationsAssociate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
1-3 years of experience in a data center or IT support role.
Strong understanding of server hardware, networking concepts, and data center operations.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in a physically demanding environment.
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
Must have OSHA10 and PPE
