Job Description:- Rack, stack, install, decommission, relocate servers, storage, network equipment
- Perform hardware break-fix actives and replace components
- Install, label, trace, test, and document cabling
- Provide smart-hands support
- Perform inspections, walkthroughs, and environmental checks
- Monitor equipment alerts and escalate incidents according to Customer's procedures
- Assist with equipment receiving, shipping, staging, and asset tracking
- Maintain rack elevation diagrams and cable records
- Execute service requests, incidents, changes, and other maintenance
- Escort authorized vendors
