Data Center Technician
Locations: Wenatchee, WA | Fairfax, VA | Dallas, TX | Multiple Locations Across the U.S.
Onsite Opportunity
We are seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support large-scale datacenter deployments and network infrastructure implementation projects in multiple locations nationwide. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced team working on cutting-edge infrastructure and deployment initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the onsite lead and liaison for partner resources and subcontractors
• Conduct site surveys and support installation planning activities
• Coordinate and manage field technicians during onsite deployment execution
• Perform racking, stacking, cabling, and network device installation
• Execute QA validation, Green Light testing, and post-installation support
• Support console management and remote engineering access
• Integrate infrastructure components using cabling diagrams and slotting matrices
• Handle fiber and copper cabling, conduit work, and infrastructure troubleshooting
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and customers to ensure successful project delivery
Required Skills & Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in datacenter or network infrastructure environments
• Hands-on experience with datacenter deployments and support
• Strong knowledge of racking, stacking, cabling, and hardware installation
• Cisco/Juniper networking experience (Cisco IOS, JunOS, networking protocols)
• Experience with network implementation, deployment, and troubleshooting
• Leadership or coordination experience managing field technicians or small teams
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies and onsite project execution
• Knowledge of fiber optics, cabling standards, and infrastructure best practices
• Experience with Ekahau/network heat mapping tools is a plus
• Certifications such as BICSI, CCENT, Network+, or equivalent are preferred
