Kidwell is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our growing team for fall start dates. We are currently building our team for upcoming projects across the country (Midwest and Southeast) and are hiring both Apprentice and Journeyman Electricians who will travel to Data Center locations.
Whether you're graduating, planning ahead for your next opportunity, or your current project is coming to an end, Kidwell is looking for individuals who want to build a long-term career.
These individuals must be team-oriented and possess the qualities of positivity, accountability, and attention to detail. Our electricians represent Kidwell on every project, and we provide a first-rate experience for our customers. Unlike companies that hire only for a single project, Kidwell hires for the long term. We are continuously pursuing new opportunities so our employees have consistent work and a career they can grow with.
Those who commit early will receive an exclusive early commitment bonus, paid after 90 days of employment, including:
- $500 for every month between your commitment date and your start date
- $1,000 hiring bonus
Plus, you'll gain early access to our New Hire Program featuring company swag, executive video calls, insider updates, onboarding resources, and more. The sooner you commit, the more you'll earn and the more prepared you'll be for the job.
