Data Center Traveling Site General Superintendent

TRAVELING GENERAL SITE SUPERINTENDENT - DATA CENTER CONSTRUCTION

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Traveling Superintendent to oversee ground-up and renovation projects across multiple locations. The ideal candidate has a strong background managing K-12, higher education, healthcare, or medical facility construction projects while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule expectations.

HIGHLIGHT

• 8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial projects inclding Data Center
• Overall site leadership and management of field operations on hyperscale data center projects.
• Project into the hundreds of milliona of dollars
• Direct oversight of electrical, mechanical, structural, civil, architectural, and commissioning activities.
• Lead site meetings and maintain accurate field documentation
• Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone completion
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and company policies
• Work closely with project managers, owners, architects, and inspectors
• tor workforces and safety
• Managing RFIs, field issues, sequencing, constructability reviews, and schedule recovery efforts.
• Working directly with major technology clients such as Microsoft, Google, Meta, AWS, or other hyperscale owners.
• Coordinate multiple trades simultaneously
