Data Collection Associates will follow clear instructions and apply the best responses to multiple choice situations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills. They should be able to perform data collected related tasks and procedures in assigned areas with guidance from Data Collection Specialists and Leads.

Key job responsibilities

Key job responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Program Coordinators/Data Collection Leads/Data Collection Specialists by adhering to data collection protocol and follow SOP to complete project objectives
  • Work one-on-one with research participants by moderating and assisting them through the research process to ensure research objectives are met
  • Support day-to-day operations of collection projects including reporting, moderating, etc
  • Own defined tasks within projects focused on improving parts of the data collection processes
  • Deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
  • Communicate internally with team members to identify issues and propose solutions for long term sustainability of processes
  • Support several projects at one time and accept re-prioritization as required
  • Perform basic troubleshooting tasks on any technical issues during collection and escalate as needed
  • Work indoor/outdoor 4-5 days per week in the field, traveling to multiple sites within 50 miles (this is not a work from home role)
  • Lift up to 30lbs when needed
  • Comfort and proficiency with gaming controllers, joysticks, or similar real-time navigation tools, with the ability to apply those skills in an operational environment.
