Data Coordinator

Shift:

• 1st shift Monday – Friday (Hybrid 3/2)
• 1 year contract

Overview:

• This role will be responsible for supporting the NYX OMA MSC team, with the potential to scale and assist broader operations areas (including Development, S&OP, and General Operations).
• You will also be responsible for data tasks, system updates, and daily operational reports, and will provide the core team with the support they need to focus on high-visibility deliverables and strategic project milestones.
• Transforming raw data into clean reports, and the organizational agility to shift focus across different operational functions.
• Clean, consolidate, and format large datasets from multiple operational systems to update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Maintain, update, and improve existing Power BI dashboards while identifying manual data bottlenecks and implementing formulas or simple automations to streamline repetitive workflows.
• Execute routine system transactions, upload documents, and track process checklists as requested by team leads.
• Perform routine audits on transactional data, ensuring accuracy across systems so the core team can make decisions based on trusted information.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in operations support, supply chain, or highly analytical coordinator role
• Degree in Business, Supply chain, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong excel skills and experience utilizing XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query
• Familiarity with PowerBI

Pay: $43.87/Hour
