    Description

    HealthPartners is hiring a Credentialing Data Analyst. The Credentialing Data Analyst overall responsibility is to ensure delegate practitioner data for over 70,000 practitioners is loaded accurately into the credentialing database and other provider databases in the organization. They will automatically load delegate credentialing data from a variety of external files into the credentialing database and other provider databases via the credentialing import application and facilitate the manual data entry of delegate data into the credentialing database and other provider databases.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

    • Bachelor''s degree and two years'' experience analyzing healthcare data, or High School Diploma/GED and four years'' experience analyzing healthcare data

    • Experience and skills with Microsoft windows, Word, Excel, and Power BI

    • Proficient at manipulating flies in Excel

    Licensure/ Registration/ Certification:

    None

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Excellent technical and analytical skills with special attention to detail including an ability to integrate multiple sources of data

    • Excellent communication skills and problem-solving skills

    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

    • Demonstrated ability to effectively establish and maintain working relationships with peers, constituents at all levels of the organization and external partners

    • Excellent customer service skills

    • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively, including the flexibility to accommodate frequent changes.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:

    Knowledge of and experience dealing with practitioner credentialing and NCQA standards.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Knowledge of credentialing databases/systems and applications.

    • Experience dealing with practitioner credentialing and NCQA standards.

    • Understanding Medical Terminology
