Technology Technical Project Manager

Job Description:

The Technology Technical Project Manager will lead and oversee the successful delivery of technical projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to project requirements, timelines, and budgets. This role demands technical expertise, leadership skills, and proficiency in project management best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Lead technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to define project objectives and requirements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, updates, and challenges to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, standards, and methodologies in project management.
• Facilitate project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
• Manage project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and technical reports.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Utilize Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Oversee Azure Cloud development projects, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
• Lead application development projects using Python or .NET technologies.
• Support data delivery initiatives by gathering requirements from business partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
• Experience with Power BI, Azure Cloud development, and application development using Python or .NET.
• Prior experience supporting data delivery and requirements gathering.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities.
• PMP or Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to manage complex technical challenges and make informed decisions under pressure.
• Familiarity with data analytics, cloud architecture, and modern application development frameworks.
