Data Engagement Director

Location: Seattle, WA or Los Angeles, CA - need to be in this area in case of a client meeting

Job type: Salaried, Full-time with benefits - no contracting

Visa Type: Any work authorization - Client will sponsor

Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted partner relationships with senior client stakeholders
  • Lead pre-sales activities by assessing digital opportunities, responding to RFP's, creating proposals and helping close new deals
  • Participate as principal consultant leading complex transformational initiatives
  • Improve revenue within the account portfolio by identifying opportunities and orchestrating a wide range of data & analytics engagements
  • Communicate with Business and Senior Leadership to co-develop account plans & strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Contribute to strategic deliverables such as vision, assessment results, strategies & roadmaps

Requirements:

  • Extensive history working with end-to-end data and analytics solutions (BigData, Cloud, Advanced Analytics, MLOps)
  • Background in the Media & Entertainment industry (Exposure to postproduction, content distribution workflows, VOD, OTT)
  • Familiar with broadcasting technologies and digital distribution supply chain
  • Hands-on experience working with Media Data Analytics
  • Expert in Cloud & Data Technology and the market trends within GCP, Azure, AWS, Data Bricks & Snowflake ecosystems
  • Proven History of launching and managing complex technology initiatives or large-scale programs
  • Demonstrated success in developing and growing client relationships
  • Experience challenging and influencing data solution design and technology selection for enterprise data platforms, warehouses & data lakes
  • Highly Skilled in facilitating and driving the strategy definition
  • Comfortable leading teams while tackling a high level of uncertainty, multiple stakeholders & tight timelines
