Data Engineer

Payrate: $44.00 - $44.05/hr.
 
Summary
We are seeking a Data Engineer to join our team for a 12-month assignment at our Coppell, TX location. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of job-related experience, with a preference for prior experience in telecommunications. Korean bilingual proficiency is required.
 
Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation in the manufacturing process.
• Design and develop customized solutions using industry-leading tools and technologies.
• Develop and deploy robotic process automation (RPA) systems to execute repetitive tasks autonomously.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Continuously monitor system effectiveness and make adjustments to maximize productivity gains.
• Provide training sessions for team members on new automation initiatives and best practices.

 
Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0-3 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Korean bilingual proficiency required.

 
Skills

• Experience with MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
• Proficiency in programming languages, preferably JavaScript.
• Understanding of big data analytics and visualization tools.
• Prior experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) applications.
• Knowledgeable in Artificial Intelligence principles and practical implementations.
• Ability to speak in mathematical/statistical terms (normality, probability, complex numbers, and logarithms).
• Skilled at evaluating data from multiple angles to identify discrepancies and opportunities for improvement.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $44.00 - $44.05 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
