Data Engineer / CRM Support

Job Summary

We are looking for a meticulous professional to manage business operations, data quality, and application ownership for Prism CRM and the Buy the Sell Event Management Platform. This role bridges business stakeholders, vendors, and tech teams to ensure data accuracy, operational efficiency, and successful system enhancements. The ideal candidate excels in data management, project coordination, application support, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong customer-service focus.

Key Responsibilities

Application Management

• Act as the application owner and expert for Datazoic Prism CRM and Buy the Sell Event Management Platform.
• Oversee daily application support, upgrades, enhancements, and vendor interactions.
• Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories.

Data Excellence & Governance

• Establish and uphold data quality standards.
• Monitor data health across various data sets.
• Address and resolve data quality issues.
• Develop procedures for data governance and stewardship.

CRM Operations

• Support daily operations of Prism CRM.
• Onboard and train users, manage employment changes, and maintain contacts.
• Configure distribution lists and manage subscriptions.
• Facilitate monthly interaction uploads and data processes.

Platform Integrations

• Support and monitor integrations with various third-party platforms such as IPREO, BlueMatrix, and others.

Project Management & Business Analysis

• Manage enhancement requests and document business requirements.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and coordinate project timelines.
• Provide status reports to stakeholders.

AI & Process Improvement

• Identify AI and LLM technology opportunities to enhance workflows, support processes, and data activities.
• Collaborate with tech teams on AI-driven business initiatives.

Reporting & Analysis

• Create ad-hoc business reports and support data submission processes.
• Collaborate with Power BI teams for effective reporting.

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years in CRM Support, Data Management, Business Analysis, or Application Support.
• Strong understanding of data quality management and governance.
• Experience with business-critical applications and advanced Excel skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Datazoic Prism CRM and event management platforms.
• Knowledge of Equity Research, Sales Trading, or Capital Markets workflows.
• Familiarity with project management, AI, Microsoft Copilot, and Power BI.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
