Duration  : 6 months + possible extension
Rate Range: $35 - $40/hour on W2/ C2C (All inclusive)

Introduction

Join our team as a Data Engineer where you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and solve complex data challenges in a dynamic environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to create procedures, functions, cursors, and perform bulk operations.
• Strong analytical ability to solve medium to complex problems.
• Experience in writing SQL and Snowflake queries, well-versed with joins, subqueries, and analytical functions.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Continuous Integration.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Familiarity with Unix, Python, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience in performance tuning with strong analytical, design, and debugging skills.
• Ability to work in a multi-distributed team environment and excel under short sprints.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Write efficient, complex queries against very large data sets using SQL Developer, TOAD, and Snowflake.
• Understand complex business requirements and existing relational data models.
• Contribute to solving complex coding challenges in PL/SQL, Snowflake, SQL, and Cloud Data Warehouse.
