Join a dynamic team leading a finance data modernization project for a global reinsurer. Based in New York, this hybrid contract role involves spearheading workshops, assessing data systems, and shaping architecture. Candidates should have a strong background in finance and data, with experience in data modeling and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to document current reporting and data landscapes.
• Inventory and assess data systems for availability and quality.
• Develop and maintain a KPI and report inventory.
• Define critical data elements and map them across architecture layers.
• Write functional specifications and manage project roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in finance transformation or data within insurance or reinsurance.
• Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CFA, or MBA in Finance.
• Fluency in reinsurance finance concepts and reporting standards.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and SQL proficiency.
• Proven ability to run stakeholder workshops and produce documentation.
