Position: Data Engineer (Healthcare)

Location: Remote (North Carolina)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer / Developer with 10+ years of experience and strong expertise in the US Healthcare domain, particularly in HEDIS, Member, Claims, Pharmacy, EHR, and Provider data.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Databricks and SQL, along with the ability to analyze business requirements, develop reports, troubleshoot complex data discrepancies, and resolve issues from both technical and healthcare domain perspectives.

Job Summary

• Data Engineer / Developer with 10+ years of experience
• HEDIS experience is a must
• Should have strong domain understanding of the US Healthcare domain, like Member, Claims, Pharmacy, EHR, Provider, etc.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks and SQL is a must
• Must be able to analyze requirements and generate reports with proficiency using Databricks / SQL
• Develop, Eligible to workimize, and maintain SQL queries and scripts for report generation
• Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies in-depth, analyze, and fix the same (not only from a technical standpoint but from an in-depth domain perspective)
• Strong communication and customer interfacing skills
• Must collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical expertise as needed.
