Working closely with logistics operations, TMS, IT, and regional leadership, you will leverage the standards, tools, and expertise of the central Analytics team. The ideal candidate is a curious and driven engineer who excels at building scalable data pipelines, managing initiatives end-to-end, partnering with operations, and solving complex logistics problems with data.

Develop optimization tools and analytics to reduce logistics cost
Build automated alerts and exception reports to support operational excellence. Investigate data-quality issues across logistics tables and deploy fixes end-to-end
Support leadership with ad-hoc analyses, roadmap documentation, and progress summaries on cost-savings initiatives
Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Business Analytics, Economics) or equivalent experience or evidence of exceptional ability, with 2+ years of work experience in supply-chain analytics, logistics analytics, data engineering, or a related role
Demonstrated ability to manage cost-savings initiatives end-to-end - scoping, stakeholder alignment, execution, and impact tracking - with strong project-management skills
Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience optimizing queries on large-scale data warehouses
Hands-on experience designing and operating production data pipelines (Airflow DAGs, scheduled ETL jobs) with strong attention to data quality and observability
Proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation, and analysis. Experience building dashboards (Tableau, Streamlit, or similar) for operational stakeholders
A structured, data-driven, and quantitative approach to problem-solving - able to root-cause logistics data issues and translate findings into pipeline or business changes
