Job Title: Data Engineer – IV (UKG Pro WFM Functional Consultant)
Work Location: Miramar, FL (Hybrid - 2 Days onsite); 2
nd preference – Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Duration of Assignment: 6+ Months
Pay Rate Range: $80.00-$90.00/hr on W2
Job Description:Key Responsibilities:- Provide functional support and configuration for UKG Workforce Management (Pro WFM) applications.
- Configure and maintain key modules including:
- Payroll configurations
- Accrual profiles and accrual policies
- CRT (Cross Reference Tables)
- Time-off policies, attestations, and attendance (basic level)
- Manage and support employee data integrations, including:
- People imports and demographic data
- Payroll and accrual exports
- Interface management with HRIS systems (preferably SuccessFactors / SAP)
- Work closely with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors Employee Central) to ensure accurate data flow into UKG and downstream processing into SAP Payroll.
- Support ongoing projects, including updates and changes to CRT policies driven by HRIS system changes.
- Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and ensure system configuration aligns with business requirements.
Required Skills & Experience:- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM (Workforce Management) as a functional configurator.
- Expertise in:
- Accrual profiles & policies
- CRT (Cross Reference Tables)
- Payroll configuration
- Time-off and attendance modules
- Experience working with HRIS integrations, especially SuccessFactors (Employee Central) and/or SAP.
- Ability to manage data flows such as imports, exports, and system interfaces.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end workforce and payroll processes.
