About the Role
Youll be the founding Data Engineer at a healthcare AI startup backed by a leading Data/AI-focused VC firm. This role is ideal for someone who loves building from scratch and wants their work to have immediate impact in a deeply meaningful space.
What Youll Do
Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL frameworks
Develop real-time ingestion systems to support ML model deployment
Partner with data scientists and AI engineers to operationalize analytics
Architect and maintain the companys data infrastructure and lakehouse
Ensure data integrity, governance, and security protocols
What Youll Bring
Expert-level Python or Scala skills
Hands-on experience with Spark, dbt, Airflow
Proficiency in AWS (Glue, S3, Redshift), Snowflake, or BigQuery
Strong SQL and data modeling expertise
Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD, Terraform
