    Company Description

    We're representing a forward-thinking company that is automating financial operations for healthcare providers. Their innovative approach focuses on managing denials and unpaid claims, leveraging cutting-edge technology to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the healthcare sector.

    What You Will Do

    • Design and implement data pipelines to automate the processing of financial operations.
    • Utilize Python and Airflow to develop robust ETL processes for handling large datasets.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and ensure data quality.
    • Monitor and optimize data workflows to enhance performance and reliability.
    • Analyze and visualize data to provide actionable insights for operational improvements.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields.
    • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation and analysis.
    • Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow management and orchestration.
    • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.

    Preferred

    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
    • Experience in the healthcare or fintech industries.
    • Knowledge of machine learning concepts and data analytics tools.

    Compensation and Benefits

    The base salary for this role ranges from $180K to $280K, offering a competitive compensation package along with comprehensive benefits to support your professional growth and well-being.
