- Architect and sustain the Office of Medical Education's enterprise data infrastructure.
- Migrate current rudimentary processes (AppScript/Google Sheets) to a scalable cloud-based lakehouse (e.g., BigQuery) to resolve critical data capacity limits.
- Develop and maintain ETL pipelines within Google Cloud to ingest and unify data from disparate sources (SIS, Canvas LMS, Learning Space, and future-state MHS GENESIS metadata).
- Oversee data management, programming, processes, and data analysis activities for research protocols, ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Clinical Practices (GCPs), sponsor, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead delivery of reporting and analytical solutions to stakeholders, supporting high-volume learning analytics, Accreditation QA/QI, and Competency-Based Medical Education (CBME).
- Develop future-state AI integrations using Learning Space and Gemini APIs for automated learner feedback.
- Manage and mentor technical staff.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with research, technical, clinical, and development teams to leverage technical and scientific information.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned or directed by the supervisor. This may include attendance of and participation in required training for role.
