Roles & Responsibilities
Evaluate and Rationalize Analytics Demand: Collaborate with business stakeholders to assess analytics
and reporting requirements, perform feasibility analysis, define KPIs, and recommend the optimal
analytics solution aligned with business objectives and enterprise data strategy.
Design End-to-End Data & Analytics Architecture: Architect scalable and governed data solutions across
SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Palantir , Power BI, Snowflake, and other enterprise
platforms, ensuring seamless integration, performance, and scalability.
Define Analytics Platform Strategy and Tool Selection: Establish decision frameworks for selecting the
appropriate analytics platform (SAC, Power BI, embedded analytics, self-service analytics, etc.) based on
business use cases, data complexity, governance requirements, and total cost of ownership.
Drive Data Governance and Data Product Enablement: Define data models, business glossary,
metadata management, data lineage, security, and governance standards while enabling reusable data
products and self-service analytics capabilities across the organization.
Lead Solution Delivery and Technology Roadmaps: Provide architectural oversight for analytics
initiatives, conduct solution reviews and POCs, guide development teams, and drive the roadmap for
modernization from legacy reporting platforms to SAP Datasphere, SAC, and Power BI ecosystems.

Stakeholder Management & Business Consulting: Ability to engage with business leaders, understand
strategic objectives, facilitate demand discussions, and translate business requirements into actionable
data and analytics roadmaps.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead multidisciplinary teams across data engineering, BI,
reporting, and business functions while driving alignment, decision-making, and successful solution
delivery.
Strategic Planning & Governance: Establish analytics governance, prioritize initiatives, manage risks,
oversee budgets and resource utilization, and drive continuous improvement to maximize business value
from analytics investments
Experience: 8 to 10 years
