Must Have Skills:
Foundational experience with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, application development, or automation.
Working knowledge of APIs, data handling, and structured problem solving.
Ability to understand technical requirements and contribute effectively within established design patterns.
Strong learning agility, communication, and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
Exposure to Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Power Apps, or enterprise automation scenarios.
Interest in AI-enabled business solutions, agent development, and enterprise integration.
Experience through internships, rotations, or early-career development programs in enterprise technology.
Education:
Open to looking at experience in lieu of education, HS degree minimum
Any MS 365 or Agile certificates a plus.
