Job Description:
It is very important that this candidate has excellent communication skills. They will be required to communicate with stakeholders.
Our Client is Seeking a highly skilled Engineer with strong data engineering, integration, and automation experience. The ideal candidate will have deep proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and PowerShell, with the ability to extract, transform, and operationalize data across multiple platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise in API integration (REST/SOAP), advanced data manipulation, and the ability to merge and visualize complex datasets.
The engineer will work within Client’s coding frameworks and governance standards, partnering closely with architecture, product, and business teams to build scalable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:
• Extract, transform, and analyze data from SQL databases and other structured/unstructured sources.
• Develop automated workflows and data pipelines using Python, Java, and PowerShell.
• Build, integrate, and maintain RESTful and SOAP API connections for data ingestion, exchange, and operational processes.
• Perform data manipulation, cleansing, and merging across multiple datasets for analytics and reporting use cases.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent visualization tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architecture, analytics, and business partners to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Contribute to technical documentation, code repositories, and operational runbooks.
• Working across business and technology to create the solution intent and our implementation Engineer vision for large complex solutions
• Integrate customizations with details filled in with emerging business requirements; ensure integrations are, modular, and designed to adapt easily.
• Facilitate solution-driven discussions, lead the design of complex Solution Engineering, and find creative solutions through their knowledge of the domain, practical experiments, and Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Perform design reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met (for example, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability)
• This role ensures the solution is fit for purpose and use by collaborating with stakeholders, vendors/service providers, and evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions.
• Knowledge of Genesys Cloud, NICE Call Recording, Nexidia Interaction Analytics, NICE/IEX Workforce Management, APA, Robotic Automation and Symon/Korbyt Wallboard technology.
• Experience with comparable products of another/competing vendor would be acceptable.
• Contributes to impact assessments to determine if WFOS has a scope of work or opportunity when work is coming through the intake process.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated experience with Python, Java, and PowerShell for data processing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful and SOAP APIs, including authentication, schema parsing, and payload manipulation.
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT processes, and working with multiple data sources.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Experience working in enterprise environments with structured code frameworks, version control, and CI/CD.
• 5 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications:
• Knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, or operational data stores.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or on-prem enterprise data environments.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with Voice Analytics, Call Recording, Workforce Management, Adaptive WFO, and Robotics automation.
• Solution Engineer experience in Call Center technology knowledge desired.
• Strong analytical and problem solving mindset.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and commitment to solution quality.
• Demonstrates excellence in soft skills, including active listening, written, oral, organizational, interpersonal and facilitation skills.
• Understands the business customers and business processes supported by the team.
• Understands and promotes the functional capabilities provided by the team.
• Understands and leverages the technical capabilities and external services available to the team.

Hourly Pay Rate Range for Charlotte, NC: $60/hr-$65/hr
Hourly Pay Rate Range for Jersy City, NJ and Addison, TX: $65/hr- $68/hr
