Job Title: Data Steward Data Governance (TLS)

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Data Steward Data Governance (TLS) to support enterprise-wide data governance initiatives within the Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) domain. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, technology, and enterprise data office teams to drive data governance, data quality, lineage, compliance, and risk management across critical TLS data assets and platforms.
Key Responsibilities - Partner with TLS business teams, engineering teams, and Enterprise Data Office stakeholders to understand data flows, sourcing, and usage.
- Drive implementation of enterprise data governance standards including data lifecycle management, classification, and control frameworks.
- Lead identification and mitigation of data risks across customer, booking, partner, and servicing data domains.
- Govern third-party data exchanges and integrations ensuring proper lineage, accountability, and compliance.
- Support establishment of Authoritative Data Sources (ADS), System of Record (SOR), and System of Origin (SOO).
- Collaborate with Data Stewards, Data Custodians, and BU Data Office teams to manage Critical Data Elements (CDEs).
- Drive end-to-end data lineage documentation across TLS systems and reporting layers.
- Lead data quality, governance controls, and Data Control Inventory initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with enterprise retention and deletion policies (AEMP08).
- Work with product and engineering teams to integrate governance standards into APIs, digital platforms, and partner ecosystems.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders for governance discussions and project execution
