Job Title: BI Developer 3Location: San Jose, CA/ Lehi, UT (Hybrid)Contract Duration: 12 monthsPay Rate Range: $55.00 - $59.85/hr. on W2
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DODuties: - Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define KPIs, and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner
- Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making
- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, analytics, and engineering teams
- Document processes, data models, and reporting standards
