Data Entry Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator / Clerical Associate to support our Product and Customer Service teams. The ideal candidate has experience in the motorcycle or powersports industry, understands parts and specifications, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to transition to a permanent position after approximately 6–9 months.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, with flexible scheduling options:

  7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
  
• 
  8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
  

Compensation

$20–$25+ per hour, based on experience. We are willing to offer a higher rate for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Support the Product Team through accurate data entry and system updates
  
• 
  Research, identify, and enter product parts and specifications into internal systems
  
• 
  Receive and process OEM samples
  
• 
  Evaluate and document supplier samples for review
  
• 
  Assist with catalog development and product data organization
  
• 
  Help the Customer Service Team respond to technical product inquiries
  
• 
  Contribute to special projects and other initiatives as assigned
  

Qualifications

• 
  Previous experience in a motorcycle, powersports, or related dealership environment
  
• 
  Parts-counter experience or a strong parts-related background will also be considered
  
• 
  Genuine interest in or enthusiasm for the powersports industry
  
• 
  Strong attention to detail
  
• 
  Positive, team-oriented attitude
  
• 
  Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred
  
• 
  A technical, engineering, or mechanically inclined background is a plus but not required
  
• 
  Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
