Data Entry and Communication Assistant

The Martha's Vineyard Adult Learning Program is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry and Communication Assistant. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth program operations by adhering to policies, maintaining accurate data, and supporting communication and documentation efforts.

Work hours: Two nights a week, 6-9pm at the physical office. Compensation: $30-$35 dollars per hour depending on experience Resume and Cover Letter to be sent to info@mvalp.com

Key Responsibilities: Maintain accurate and complete data entry and record keeping for program-related information. Handle filing, data management, and communication with participants and staff to support daily operations. Manage and update communication channels to ensure effective information sharing among team members and participants. Provide technical support for educational tools and devices during enrollment periods and activities. Assist with special projects and documentation efforts, including content collection and coordination. Basic proficiency with data entry and office technology
