Titles: Data Entry and Word Processing
Duration:  Contract
Location: Wassaic, NY (12592)
Shift Timings: Mon-Fri between 8am to 4pm (20hr/week)
Pay: USD 16/hr – USD 17/hr

Position summary:
Provide administrative support by processing purchase requests, maintaining records, managing filing systems, researching contract items in internal databases, and coordinating communication with vendors and staff.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Print, code, and log incoming purchase requests.
• Filing documents.
• Processing purchase requests for Grainger and Staples.
• Search internal state database for on contract items.
• Communication with vendors and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
   

Skills:

• MS Office experience is preferred, including use of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
