Pay Rate: $19/hour

Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work between the hours of 7:30am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday

Length: Temporary to hire

Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk

Location: Green Bay, WI (on-site)

Responsibilities: 

• Prepare invoices for data entry
• Sort and match invoices and check requests
• Prepare, process, distribute and mail accounts payable checks
• Prepare and code vehicle maintenance invoices 
• Reconcile vendor statements 
• Respond to vendor and store inquiries 
• Investigate and respond to accounts payable issues 
• Filing

Requirements: 

• Office experience working with data entry and numbers
• Accounts payable or general accounting knowledge is highly preferred
• Good data entry skills and basic Excel knowledge 
• Computer savvy to learn new software
