Title: Data Entry Associate

Location: Dripping Springs, TX - (Trace Analytics - 15768 Hamilton Pool Rd. Austin, TX 78738)

Shift: 7:30AM -4:30 PM CST

**Job Summary **

The Data Entry Associate is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data within company systems while ensuring high levels of quality and confidentiality. This role involves reviewing source documents, verifying information for accuracy, and correcting errors to maintain reliable records. The associate organizes and prioritizes data for efficient processing, generates reports, and ensures proper storage and backup of completed work. Success in this position requires strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Responsibilities **

  • Receiving, opening, and sorting of multiple daily shipments, comparing contents to data sheets, separating them out, and setting them forward on their respective testing processes.

  • Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits.

  • Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry.

  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibility if possible, and check output.?

  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.

  • Keep information confidential.

**Core Competencies **

  • Proven data entry working experience?· Trustworthy attention to detail · Ability and desire to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks as well as computer-based data entry and proofing

  • Ability to adapt and solve problems when things don’t go according to plan

  • Can recognize patterns and learn from them

  • High computer literacy

  • High school diploma?

  • Proficiency in English

**Basic Qualifications **

  • Minimum of 2-4 additional years of relevant work experience.

  • Associates degree or higher a plus but not required.
