Sunrift Adventures is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Associate to support its retail and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, verifying, and maintaining information related to products, inventory, sales, customer records, and business operations.
Sunrift Adventures is an outdoor retailer serving customers with equipment and apparel for activities such as hiking, camping, climbing, paddling, cycling, and travel. The company also provides equipment rentals and expert customer support.
Key Responsibilities

Enter and update product, inventory, sales, and customer information in company systems.

Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

Process information from invoices, purchase orders, sales reports, inventory records, and other business documents.

Maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, and electronic records.

Assist with updating product descriptions, pricing, and inventory information.

Identify missing, duplicate, or inaccurate information and make appropriate corrections.

Support order processing and maintain transaction-related records.

Organize and maintain electronic and physical files for easy retrieval.

Assist with inventory tracking and reconciliation activities.

Compile information and prepare routine reports for management and operations teams.

Coordinate with retail, inventory, purchasing, and administrative teams to resolve data discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

Complete assigned administrative and data-related tasks within established deadlines.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, retail operations, or inventory management preferred.
