Job Summary: This role is responsible for meticulously inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various systems. You will be crucial in ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our digital information flow. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in data management tools.Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update information in databases and CRM systems.
- Utilize spreadsheets for data analysis and report generation.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems effectively.
- Perform basic calculations to verify data and process transactions.
- Support administrative tasks to maintain data integrity and operational flow.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheet software for data manipulation.
- Exceptional attention to detail for identifying data errors.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate and organized records.
Experience working with digital record software and updating files accurately is preferred.
