A well-established construction company in Maitland is seeking a dependable Data Entry Clerk to join their small, collaborative office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administrative work, has strong attention to detail, and is looking for a role with long-term growth potential.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner
• Review and route invoices to the appropriate departments or contacts
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting
• Provide excellent customer service while communicating with customers and vendors
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Strong data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• QuickBooks experience is a plus
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently in a small office environment (7-9 employees)
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
