Key Responsibilities:
- Enter data into our company's database accurately and efficiently
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain electronic and paper records of all data entered
- Respond to data inquiries and requests from other team members
- Identify and correct any errors or discrepancies in data
- Keep track of all received data and source documents
- Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Communicate any issues or concerns with data to the appropriate team members
- Keep confidential information confidential and follow data security protocols
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus
