Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter data from various sources, including invoices, project files, and client records, into our databases.
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, correcting any inconsistencies to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain and update existing database information on a regular basis.
- Organise and sort documents before data entry to ensure a systematic workflow.
- Generate reports, retrieve data, and perform data analysis as requested by management.
- Uphold data confidentiality and adhere to all data protection policies.
- Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar administrative position.
- Excellent typing speed with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong command of MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Familiarity with the construction or design industry is advantageous but not essential.
