Data Entry Clerk

A Busy specialty maintenance services company in Beaumont is seeking a Data Entry Clerk to join their team on a temp to hire basis. This position will input shipping and receiving information. 

Pay: $15-20/hr - DOE
Location: Beaumont, TX – ONSITE
Type: Temp to Hire

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter shipping and receiving data into internal systems and spreadsheets.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipment documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely and accurate data updates.
• Assist with tracking shipments and resolving discrepancies or missing information.
• Generate reports related to shipping, receiving, and inventory as needed.
• Support general administrative tasks within the logistics/warehouse team.

• 3+ years of administrative or office support experience, in an industrial environment
• Strong 10-Key data entry and typing skills
• Strong Excel skills 
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
• High attention to detail and comfort working independently
