What's the Job?
- Research jurisdiction requirements on city, county, and state websites to gather relevant licensing information.
- Enter collected data accurately into the company database to support licensing activities.
- Assist in submitting license applications and responding to requests for additional information from jurisdictions.
- Support in managing incoming and outgoing mail related to licensing processes.
- Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with licensing regulations.
What's Needed?- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in business licensing or regulatory environments.
- Ability to use a laptop and enter data into various systems with basic Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Experience managing mail and maintaining organized records.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
