Human Resource Services required two (2) Temporary Data Entry Support Staff to assist with administrative and operational support functions related to personnel processing and data management.

Human Resource Services required two (2) Temporary Data Entry Support Staff to assist with administrative and operational support functions related to personnel processing and data management.
1. This includes data entry, verification, report preparation, tracking and monitoring records, processing reappointments and appointment letters, maintaining spreadsheets and tracking systems, assisting with Time and Leave reports, generating notification letters, and supporting the review of contracts and personnel transactions to help ensure accurate entries into CUNYfirst.
2. Support HRS by coordinating with academic departments and programs, organizing documentation, monitoring deadlines, and assisting with routine follow-up for adjunct, College Assistant, and classified staff personnel actions.
3. Ensure a seamless transition to CUNYWork for the Recruitment Unit. Recruitment will require a specialist to support the maintenance of dual-system job posting integrity and operations in both TAM and CUNYWork.
Salary commensurate with scope of work job experience
Proper footwear required to perform tasks in a safe manner.
Perform other reasonably related duties as required.
