We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team.

Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our company's data entry processes. Your primary responsibility will be to input and maintain various types of data into our computer systems. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with regular business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately input and maintain data into our computer systems

- Verify data by comparing it to source documents

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files

- Retrieve data from various sources and prepare reports

- Identify and correct any errors in the data

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency

- Follow company procedures and protocols for data entry and record-keeping

- Keep confidential information secure and confidential

- Communicate any data discrepancies or issues to management in a timely manner

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Excellent typing and data entry skills

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with sensitive information

- Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
