SURESTAFF is immediately hiring a
Data Entry Clerks - Warehouse for a large, well-known client in
Carol Stream, IL. As a skilled
Data Entry Clerk you will perform a variety of keeping records up to date and preparing reports. Our ideal candidate will also be familiar with running accounting software programs (e.g. ERP) to process business transactions.

Temp-to-Hire employees are offered competitive compensation
$22-$25/HR as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision).
Available shifts include: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday
Data Entry Clerk Responsibilities- Ability to provide clerical support
- Accuracy in typing and ability to prepare and maintain documents and records.
- Reconciling of accounts in a timely manner.
- Commitment to daily tasks such as entering key data into database accurately.
- Cooperative demeanor and willingness to provide assistance and support to company personnel.
- Ability to research, track, and reconcile documentation issues and discrepancies.
- Excellent communication skills required to report to management and compile reports/summaries on assigned activity areas.
- Commitment to compliance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws.
Data Entry Clerk Requirements and Qualifications- Previous Data Entry Experience
- Previous experience with ERP systems
- Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform all filing and record keeping duties.
- Solid data entry and word processing skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
