Duties/Responsibilities:- Greet visitors, vendors, and drivers; answer and route calls; use radio equipment to communicate with warehouse staff for pickups/deliveries
- Process, verify, and file shipping/receiving documents, BOLs (Bills of Lading), and inventory paperwork.
- Maintain visitor logs, sort mail, and perform data entry in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Ensure all visitors follow safety protocols and manage check-in procedures.
- Occasional forklift operation as needed
