NOW HIRING: DATA ENTRY / CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (CSR)

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to support daily office operations while providing excellent customer service. This role combines administrative tasks, accurate data management, and customer interaction in a professional office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems
  • Review records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
  • Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • Schedule appointments and support general office operations
  • Maintain organized files, records, and documentation
  • Prepare reports, forms, and correspondence as needed
  • Document customer interactions and update account information
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and customer satisfaction
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous office, administrative, customer service, or data entry experience preferred
  • Strong typing and computer skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
