As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our company database. Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately input and update data into the company database
- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed
- Communicate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Follow company procedures and protocols for data entry and management
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry or related field
- Proficient typing and data entry skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management software
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Real estate experience is a plus
