We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems
Verify data for errors and correct any inconsistencies
Maintain and update records as needed
Review and process documents for accuracy and completeness
Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation
Generate reports and retrieve data upon request
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies
Organize and maintain physical and digital files
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong typing skills with high accuracy
Excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Familiarity with database management systems
Basic understanding of data privacy and security principles
Experience with CRM or ERP systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
