Responsibilities
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Enter and update information into company systems and databases.
- Process, organize, and maintain logistics and shipping documentation.
- Verify information and identify discrepancies or missing data.
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document organization.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is properly completed.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding documentation or data discrepancies.
- Previous data entry, documentation, clerical, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to enter information quickly and accurately.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work with spreadsheets, databases, and electronic documents.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to identify errors and discrepancies in documentation.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous logistics, shipping, warehouse, or transportation industry experience is a plus.
