Position Overview:

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our company's database. This position is crucial to the success of our business as it ensures that all information is recorded and organized correctly. You will work closely with our production and sales teams to ensure that data is entered in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter and maintain accurate data in our company's database

- Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness

- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files

- Communicate with other departments to ensure data accuracy

- Assist with data analysis and report generation

- Identify and resolve any data discrepancies or errors

- Keep track of all data entry activities and report any issues to management

- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information

- Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar role

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy

- Excellent typing and data entry skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry software

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
