We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Clerk in Harlingen, TX to support our inventory and warehouse operations. This full-time role offers a pay rate of $20/hour and a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend work as needed. The position involves processing high-volume data, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting reporting functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and manage inventory data within company systems
- Perform data entry, scanning, indexing, and document verification
- Utilize Oracle and SAP systems for cycle count reporting and cost rolls
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed
- Collaborate with team members and provide occasional support to other departments
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED required
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of data entry or related experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience with SAP and/or Oracle preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
