Salary/Hourly Rate:
$20/hr

Position Overview:
The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for ensuring accurate data management, maintaining organized records, and supporting team operations through effective communication, attention to detail, and administrative support.

Responsibilities of the Data Entry Clerk:
  • The Data Entry Clerk needs to accurately enter, review, and validate data while maintaining detailed records and activity logs.
  • Communicate updates, decisions, and outcomes professionally with team members.
  • Compile, organize, and audit information to ensure completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
  • The Data Entry Clerk needs to manage multiple tasks by prioritizing assignments and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools to create documentation and ensure compliance.
Required Experience/Skills for the Data Entry Clerk:
  • The Data Entry Clerk needs to be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
  • The Data Entry Clerk needs to have strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization abilities.
  • Prior data entry experience.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
